Iron Infusion Requirements & Appointment Details:

• Valid prescription from your healthcare provider
• Recent bloodwork (within 6 weeks) confirming IV iron need
• Must be 18+ and in stable health
• Not eligible if pregnant, certain medical conditions apply, or prior adverse reactions to IV medications
• Eligibility is reviewed during a complimentary phone consultation before booking

Appointment duration:  60 minutes

Please bring:

• Prescribed iron medication from the pharmacy
  Photo ID
• Receipt provided for insurance purposes
